This bespoke, full-service wedding planning is designed for couples who want peace of mind from the very beginning. We’ll become your trusted partner, guide, and creative collaborator, managing every aspect of your wedding with precision, passion, and care.
We are focused on attention to detail and will create customised schedules, timelines, and itineraries to ensure the management of your wedding is in complete control and suppliers, bridal party and family members are fully informed and on the same page.

Styling and On-the-Day Coordination Package
For couples with their big day sorted and just want someone to handle the final day, this package is suited for you. On the day coordination, despite its name, starts weeks before the big day where we meet to consult your expectations, ideas, needs and wants. We will do a final check of the running schedule and ensure that all vendors and essential persons are kept up to date with the schedule, and stay with you from start to finish on your special day. This service includes:

Complimentary free initial meeting to get to know each other & discuss your wedding requirements.

Last minute financial managements including securing deposits and final payments of all vendors

3 support meetings throughout planning process, including venue visit & final meeting the week before

Art de Fleur offers a separate styling package for couples who have their wedding day organised but need an extra hand with styling components. We will sit with you and discuss your vision and ideas, working closely with each other to gain the best understanding of your expectations for your wedding, and be with you on the day to ensure all decor is set to perfection.
