Our A-Z package offers the full planning service from day one of your wedding journey all the way 'till the final hour of your reception. This package is made for active couples that need full-service wedding planning management. Every step of the way, from managing your wedding budget to finding vendors to entirely creating and styling your wedding day to reflect your taste, vision, and personality, we'll work with you! Services in this package include:

• Sourcing suppliers and vendors

• Sourcing venues

• Budget and logistical management 

• Running schedule and timeline creation

• Complete management of booking, liasing and organising of suppliers

• Providing floorplans and guest management

• Decor and floral styling and design

• Attendance by Art de Fleur to any dress fittings, rehearsals, menu tastings or site visits

• Ongoing and unlimited contact with wedding planner via phone or email

• On the day coordination, including additional wedding planners on the day to optimise smooth coordination​

For couples with their big day sorted and just want someone to handle the final day, this package is suited for you. On the day coordination, despite its name, starts weeks before the big day where we meet to consult your expectations, ideas, needs and wants. We will do a final check of the running schedule and ensure that all vendors and essential persons are kept up to date with the schedule, and stay with you from start to finish on your special day. This service includes:

• Complimentary free initial meeting to get to know each other & discuss your wedding requirements.

• Last minute financial managements including securing deposits and final payments of all vendors 

• 3 support meetings throughout planning process, including venue visit & final meeting the week before

• Running schedule and timeline creation

• Attendance by Art de Fleur to ceremony rehearsal (if required)

• On the day coordination, including up to 3 additional wedding planners for up to 12 hours

Art de Fleur offers a separate styling package for couples who have their wedding day organised but need an extra hand with styling components. We will sit with you and discuss your vision and ideas, working closely with each other to gain the best understanding of your expectations for your wedding, and be with you on the day to ensure all decor is set to perfection. This service includes:

• Initial meeting and styling consultation with our wedding stylist

• Sourcing suppliers and vendors

• Exclusive packages with our trusted vendors 

• Complete management of booking, liasing and organising of vendors and suppliers

• Budget and logistical management 

• Decor and floral styling and design

• Personalised and customisable hand drawn designs and mood board by our stylist

• Attendance by Art de Fleur to site visits

• Ongoing and unlimited contact with wedding planner via phone or email

• On the day set up management, including setting up and packing down

Art de Fleur have  planned destination weddings in the south of WA, NSW, Victoria, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Jakarta and Bali. This package includes everything in the above Full-Service Wedding Management Package, plus assisting with your accommodation and travel needs. Your wedding planner/s will be in attendance until the end of the reception event, unless you have organised an alternative. (NOTE: prices for destination weddings include cover for airfare and accommodation)
